A heating circuit integrator is a system controller that is designed to operate two heating circuits. It allows you to combine 2 central heating pumps to optimize the operation of the heating system.
Two pumps in central heating – how the integrator works
The controller for 2 central heating pumps cooperates with two room regulators and controls the dry contact. Upon receiving a signal from the room controller that the room is underheated, the central heating pump integrator switches on the appropriate pump. If any of the circuits report underheating, the controller of the 2 central heating pumps engages the dry contact.
Integrator of heating circuits in the floor system
When the controller for 2 central heating pumps is to operate the floor installation, an additional bimetallic sensor (located on the supply pipe as close to the boiler as possible) should be used. If the alarm temperature is exceeded, the thermal will disconnect the pump – it will not allow the delicate floor installation to overheat. In the case of using the ST-517 module for a regular installation, the thermal can be replaced with an armature – we connect the input terminals of the thermal.

A central heating pump integrator is a device that allows you to combine two pumps on a single controller, increase the efficiency of your installation and contribute to the reduction of heating costs. It is worth remembering that the device should only be installed by a person with appropriate qualifications. Incorrect wiring may cause damage to the controller.
