A: Valve position indicator

On the actuator there is an indicator that determines the current position of the internal element of the valve, which makes it possible to determine in which direction the medium flows.

B: Metal buckle

It is easier to install a valve without an actuator placed on it. To do this, remove the metal locking buckle and lift the actuator. After installation, the actuator should be mounted back on the valve. For simplicity, it fits only in one position. Easy removal of the actuator also simplifies manual valve control in the event of a power failure.

C: Unique design

Thanks to the appropriate construction of valve internal components, they withstand high differential pressures and reduce the risk of valve locking after a long period of downtime in one position, which ensures their maintenance-free operation.

D: Colour coding of wires

The built-in electrical wire of AZV zone valves is 1 meter long and color-coded, which significantly shortens and facilitates the installation of valves. On the housing of the actuator there is a diagram of the electrical connection.

Example of use

The 3-way switching valve in the example installation can be controlled by a regulator or thermostat, the sensor of which will be placed in the tank. In the first case, the valve will switch to radiator circulation or water heating in the tank depending on the selected priority on the regulator. In the second, it can heat the tank if the temperature of the water stored in it drops below the one set on the thermostat.
