Instantaneous pressure water heater type Perfect 5000 from WIJAS

Perfekt flow-through pressure water heater under the washbasin is designed for immediate supply of hot water to sanitary facilities such as sinks, sinks. For economic reasons, it should be installed as close as possible to the place of hot water intake. Small dimensions of the heater, easy assembly allow you to quickly install it and hide, for example, in the cabinet under the sink.

Instantaneous water heaters series Perfect 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500 are pressure heaters with power of 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 kW powered by 230V.

Advantages:

• significant electricity savings compared to thermal baths,

• allows for immediate and continuous hot water intake,

• an electronic power switch was used, which significantly increased the life of the heater,

• the possibility of operating the device at very low water pressure (about 0.06MPa).

Thanks to the use of electronic control of the heater's operation, the most unreliable mechanical parts such as the membrane, contacts used in traditional devices of this type have been eliminated. This allowed to significantly extend the service life and reliability of the device.

Construction:

The design of the heating element in these devices allows it to be continuously subjected to pressure up to 0.65 MPa. Thanks to this, any pressure tap can be mounted to the heater. In order to miniaturize the device and increase its reliability, the traditional hydraulic system of switching the voltage to the heating spiral has been eliminated. It was replaced by an electronic system consisting of an electronic system controlling the heater, a reed flow sensor and an electronic current switch (triac).
