⭐ The cartridge has been designed by UST-M engineers in a way that allows maximum contact time of water with the bed. Water flows through the cartridge axially (from bottom to top), remaining in contact with the filter bed for longer. This fact, combined with the catalytic capabilities of the deposit, means that the water after passing through the cartridge is deprived of virtually all iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide ions.
⭐ Thanks to this, the problem of rusty stains on fittings, metallic taste of water and unpleasant smell of rotten eggs will be reduced.
How does it work?
Contaminated water (containing large amounts of iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide) flows through the catalytic bed in the cartridge. As a result of the reaction, their oxidation and precipitation occurs.
