Diaphragm vessels are pressure devices.

The diaphragm vessel uses an air cushion to compensate for changes in the volume of the heating medium in closed systems. Inside the steel vessel there is a membrane separating the liquid from the space occupied by air.

For closed heating (according to EN12828) and cooling systems.

Thanks to the use of a bag membrane, water does not come into contact with the steel inside of the vessel.
