Thrust regulator FR1 The FR 1 thrust gauge is used exclusively for temperature control in solid fuel boilers. It is used for smooth regulation of the amount of air supplied to the boiler furnace. The thrust ruler smoothly adjusts the position of the ash pan ventilation flap.

Construction and principle of operation

The water temperature in the boiler jacket affects the thermostat built into the end of the ruler. The measuring tape thermostat is connected by means of a lever and chain with a movable flap on the boiler ash pan door. Depending on the temperature in the boiler water jacket, the flap is smoothly opened or closed, changing the amount of air flowing into the furnace.
