PELLET LEVEL SENSOR ST-67 TECH

The ST-67 sensor is designed to control the level of solid biofuels such as pellets, oats and corn. The device allows you to maintain a constant level of biofuels without additional human intervention. The principle of operation is based on constant control of tanks and cyclical replenishment of existing deficiencies in the level of biofuel. The ST-67 sensor enables control both in fuel boiler containers and in various types of grain silos, in which the spacing of measuring sensors is no more than 3.5 m.

To guarantee the correct operation of the device and proper control, it is necessary to supply only dry fuel to the tank. Capacitive sensors are responsible for determining the level of solid biofuel. The principle of operation is to send a 230V voltage signal to an external container when the level of solid biofuel drops below the lower sensor, until the content reaches the level of the upper sensor of the device.

The ST-67 set includes

• pre-installed network cable with plug, 2.5 m long,
• power cable for the external feeder motor with a length of 2m,
• 2 capacitive sensors factory-installed, with a 2m long cable,
• control device.
