ASB safety groups are designed to protect closed domestic hot water heaters against excessive pressure increase. The ASB hot water storage tank safety group is equipped with a safety valve, shut-off valve, non-return valve and pressure gauge.

Use

The ASB hot water tank safety group is designed to protect closed

domestic hot water heaters against excessive pressure increase. Security group

ASB hot water tank is equipped with all necessary elements to protect

storage tanks, i.e. safety valve, shut-off valve, check valve and pressure gauge.

Any other use is prohibited!

Assembly

The ASB hot water tank safety group should be installed as close as possible to

tank, on the supply of cold water. Mounting the group above the highest point of the hopper

Allows you to perform group maintenance without having to empty the tray. Between the group

safety and the tank must not have any shut-off valves or any other

elements hindering the flow. The ASB hot water tank safety group must be installed so that the water flow follows the arrow placed on the body of the group.

The group must not be subjected to too high a temperature, e.g. during welding or

soldering, so it should be mounted only after this work is carried out. Before assembling the group

Rinse the installation thoroughly.

Safety valve knob allows you to check the correct operation of the valve at pressure

lower than the opening pressure. The valve design prevents the opening pressure from being changed.
