To meet the needs of our installers, COMAP presents the BioPERT line, PERT pipes with oxygen barrier.
The presence of air in the installation is one of the main factors in the accumulation of pollutants in the system and the formation of corrosion centers. The presence of air contributes to the accumulation of algae and other harmful substances. This can cause the "clogging" of the system to accelerate. This phenomenon can be reduced by using an oxygen barrier (EVOH), which prevents oxygen penetration and sediment build-up in pipes.
New 5-layer COMAP BioPERT pipe:
The oxygen barrier is located in the very core of the pipe, between the PERT and PE layers. The EVOH layer is completely protected, which significantly increases the service life of the installation.
