Thermostatic mixing valve ATM 363, DN20, G1", 35÷60°C, Kvs 1,6 m3/h

ATM 363

- thermostatic mixing valve designed to regulate the temperature in domestic hot water and central heating systems. It has a "no burns" function.

ATM mixing thermostatic valves should be used wherever protection against burns is necessary and a quick reaction to changes in water temperature and pressure is recommended. ATM valves allow safe overheating of water in DHW tanks to protect against legionella bacteria, without exposing users to burns. The "no burns" function blocks the hot water supply in the event of a cold water failure. In heating systems, e.g. underfloor heating, ATM valves can replace extensive and costly control systems. Under the plastic lid, protecting against accidental change of setting, there is a knob for setting the temperature of mixed water. ATM thermostatic valves do not require maintenance during operation and can be installed in any position. They are designed to work with clean water or water containing up to 50% glycol. They are made of DZR brass.

HOW TO PROTECT USERS FROM HOT WATER BURNS?

  • ATM thermostatic mixing valves have the ability to regulate the temperature of domestic hot water. In addition, they are equipped with the "no burns" function. It blocks the hot water supply in the event of a cold water supply failure.
  • For use in domestic hot water systems, thermostatic valves with a setting range of 30÷65ºC are recommended.

HOW TO MAINTAIN A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE AT SEVERAL DRAWING POINTS?

  • With the help of thermostatic mixing valves, mounted near the hot water tank, we can ensure the same temperature at each water intake point.
  • Using ATM valves, factory-equipped with the "no burns" function, we protect all drawing points against user burns.

HOW TO MAINTAIN DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES AT SEVERAL INTAKE POINTS

  • ATM thermostatic mixing valves are designed to maintain a constant temperature on the power supply. If at the central point we want to regulate the water temperature in each of the intake points, then we install the ATM valve just after the DHW plate (go to application).
  • If, on the other hand, different temperatures are required at several intake points, e.g. in the shower, washbasins with sensors or button, then in front of each point or in front of each zone with the same water temperature, we install an ATM thermostatic mixing valve.
  • Using ATM valves, factory-equipped with the "no burns" function, we protect each point separately against user burns.
