Installation cabinets of the kan-therm System, one of the most popular and indispensable elements of heating or water installations are:

• surface-mounted and flush-mounted version,

• possibility of mounting distributors for underfloor heating or for central heating (traditional radiator),

• A solution for everyone - simple and compact or extensive with the possibility of height and depth adjustment, as well as space for mounting control automation elements.

Cabinets are offered by many manufacturers, both large and internationally known, as well as smaller ones with a local reach. It would seem that all of them are very similar, both in terms of construction, functionality and quality, but it turns out that this is not the case - as evidenced by the new versions of the installation cabinets of the kan-therm System.

So what changes have we made to our flagship product and what made it a unique technical solution available on the market?

New production technology, even greater aesthetics of the finished product

Thanks to the implementation of a new technology for the production of installation cabinets, their external appearance, so important for the end customer, has improved, which already distinguishes us from other cabinets.

In the new version of surface-mounted and flush-mounted kan-therm cabinets, the housing body will be a single, compact, monolithic structure. This means that the finished product will be devoid of clear places of joining (welding) of individual structural elements of the cabinet.

The hook located on the back wall of the cabinet, used to fix the distributor, will be made directly in the body of the cabinet, by cutting it out and then profiling.

Thanks to such a change, the finished product will be devoid of unaesthetic places of welding the distributor hook to the back wall of the cabinet.

The new technology of making the distributor hook and the monolithic design of the cabinet body raised the aesthetics not only of the front, inner part of the installation cabinets but also their "back".

To facilitate the installation of manifolds, in both versions of cabinets, i.e. surface-mounted and flush-mounted, the length of the catchment itself has also been standardized. Each upper hook will be extended so that the distance of its side edge from the side of the cabinet is ~18mm for flush-mounted cabinets and ~47mm for surface-mounted cabinets.

Convenient to install and aesthetic grille in surface-mounted cabinets

The grille is an indispensable structural element of surface-mounted cabinets. It allows convenient connection of pipes to the distributor fixed in the cabinet.

In the old version of surface-mounted cabinets, the grille was screwed with screws to the cabinet structure. The new design provides for the construction, from the inside of the grille, of special hooks enabling aesthetic attachment (attaching) to the body of the cabinet.

In this way, the little aesthetic effect of fixing the mask with screws has been eliminated.

The only installation cabinets on the market with paint protection!

All painted surfaces in surface-mounted and flush-mounted cabinets of the kan-therm System will be additionally covered with a thin layer of foil. Such execution of cabinets will protect them against possible damage to the paint coating or its destruction or dirt, during construction and installation works.

After completion of all finishing works, the protective film should be torn off all surfaces of the cabinet, obtaining the effect of a new one, free of scratches and dirt
