Diaphragm hydrophore tanks

Diaphragm hydrophore tanks are designed to store water for food or industrial purposes. In combination with hydrophore or submersible pumps, they create hydrophore sets, used to supply water to installations in single-family houses, farms and gardeners, in industry and crafts.

▶️ EXECUTION:

Inside the tank there is a rubber bag membrane. On the cork in the upper bottom at the manometer there is a valve that fills the space between the tank and the flexible membrane with an inert gas - nitrogen acting as a gas cushion that maintains the required pressure range during its operation. The tank is protected against corrosion with a paint coating on the outside and inside it is powder coated. Since the water-gas system has been separated through the flexible membrane, there is no need for continuous gas replenishment during operation.
