MEMBRANE HYDROPHORE TANK 100L IBO

Horizontal membrane tanks type 24 -150 used for water storage in water supply systems. IBO diaphragm vessels are designed to stabilize water pressure and increase the active volume of the water supply system. Used to work with pumps with parameters corresponding to the parameters of the tank. The tanks are made of thick carbon steel and covered with a special anti-corrosion varnish. Inside the tanks there are rubber EPDM diaphragms, creating a membrane between the water inside and the outer jacket of the tank. Between the membrane and the tank housing there is compressed air, which releases water from the tank under pressure. By using tanks in hydrophore sets, it is possible to limit the number of pump starts in a given period of time, which affects the life of the entire installation. The volume of water that is inside is the difference between the volume of the housing and the volume of the air around the membrane. The tanks have a special valve used to inflate or drain air from the tank – a valve identical to that of car wheels located at the back of the tank, under the cover. In combination with surface or submersible pumps, they create hydrophore sets designed to supply water to plots, single and multi-family houses, farms and enterprises from their own intakes.
