Action

The product protects the heating boiler from overheating and is operated in a voltage-independent mode. The heat sensors are connected to the thermally controlled valve (ascending valve mechanism) via a capillary. An increase in boiler temperature causes the capillary liquid in the heat sensor to expand, which then exerts pressure on the valve. As soon as the boiler temperature exceeds 99 °C, the valve opens and cold water flows into the heat exchanger. Cold water causes the boiler temperature to drop. When the boiler temperature drops below the maximum temperature threshold, the capillary liquid decreases in volume and the valve closes again

TEMPERATURE BOILER PROTECTION VALVE 3/4 WITH CAPULAR

Product description

The product is a temperature protection valve equipped with two sensor systems operating independently of each other. The product consists of a valve body with an elevating valve mechanism and two parallel temperature sensors filled with liquid and placed in an immersion sleeve. In the event of a failure of one of the temperature sensors, the second temperature sensor ensures the functioning of the system. Flexible metal hose protects the capillary from bending.
