✴️ GALVANIZED CAST IRON FITTINGS:

✅ Malleable cast iron threaded pipe fittings are universal fittings used for conveying liquids and gases, designed to connect threaded parts with threads according to ISO 7-1, ranging in size from 1/8" to 4".

✅ The external threads are tapered and the internal threads are cylindrical.

✅ Threads of counter-nuts, nuts of two-connectors are in accordance with PN-EN ISO 228. The fittings themselves comply with the PN-EN 10242 standard – entitled "Threaded ductile cast iron pipe fittings".

✅ Connectors of all sizes are suitable for operation at the highest allowable operating pressures in the temperature ranges specified in the table below.

✅ Intermediate values of pressures permissible for operation at temperatures between 120°C and 300°C are obtained by linear interpolation.

✅ In normal use of fasteners, the lowest operating temperature is –20 °C.

✴️ Black malleable cast iron EN-GJMB 350-10 complies with the PN-EN 1562:2012 standard "Casting-malleable cast iron" and is characterized by the following properties:

✔️ tensile strength Rm – 350 MPa,

✔️ yield strength Re – 200 MPa,

✔️ elongation A – 10%,

✔️ hardness (tested by the Brinell method) – 170 HB.
