AURATON AQUARIUS SET FOR CIRCULATION PUMP

▶️ The Aquarius Set includes a CR pump controller and a sensor that detects movement in the PIR room.

▶️ AURATON Aquarius PIR is a motion sensor that is part of an intelligent installation related to the Domestic Hot Water circuit. It is closely related to the circulation pump and the pump controller. When the AURATON Aquarius PIR sensor detects movement in the room, it sends a signal to the AURATON Aquarius CR controller, which causes the circulation pump in the Domestic Hot Water system to be switched on.

▶️ AURATON Aquarius PIR is a wireless device that controls the pump in the DHW system. With the help of infrared, it detects movement in the room where the water is to be used and sends a signal to the pump to start supplying hot water. With its help, the pump can be controlled maintenance-free.

▶️ Reacting to the slightest temperature changes, the sensor always allows you to precisely determine the presence of the user, e.g. in the bathroom, and react in time. In this way, warm water is always brought to the system on time. Additional precision and convenience is provided by the ability to connect up to 20 sensors to one receiver.

▶️ The AURATON PIR sensor is powered by lithium batteries, which are included with the device at the time of purchase.

▶️ By connecting it to the Aquarius SET AURATON , the user can control this "intelligent circulation" in more rooms. In a typical building with a standard wall structure, its operating range is up to 30 meters. Therefore, it is suitable for free operation of several rooms, e.g. in a single-family house. 

▶️ It is an extremely useful device that can greatly facilitate the operation of the Domestic Hot Water system.

❔ What is the new PIR sensor from AURATON?

 ✅AURATON Aquarius PIR is a motion sensor that, detecting the movement activity of users in the room, runs the circulation pump in the Domestic Hot Water system maintenance-free. When it detects motor activity, it transmits the banished to the receiver, allowing intelligent circulation of water. The sensor works with other AURATON devices, which allows you to adapt its operation to the rest of the apparatus present in the house.

❔ What are the properties of the sensor?

✅ The sensor is powered by batteries, which allows it to be placed in any space in the house. In addition, the device can be paired with 20 different sensors, so they can be used throughout the building, without the need for wiring. The sensor was created to work with AURATON Aquarius CR and AUARTON Aquarius SET, which gives even greater possibilities of planning intelligent heat and water management in the house. The sensor operates on radio frequencies from 868.850 MHz to 869.000 MHz.

✅ The lithium battery used (CR 123A 3V) allows for many years of uninterrupted operation. Switching on the pump after motion detection gives significant savings in energy consumption by the DHW pump and cooling of DHW water compared to other systems.

✳️ Features of the Aquarius Set:

The circulation pump connected to the output of the CR AURATON receiver is to be switched on only when the PIR AURATON sensor detects the activity of DHW users in the room (e.g. in the bathroom). In addition, the AURATON CR receiver starts the circulation pump only for a predetermined time (factory set for 2 minutes).
