USE

Brass and steel distributors of the system are designed for radiator heating, surface heating and utility water. Manifolds can be used in installations where the working medium is water or a mixture of water and glycol (up to 50%). All distributor beams have connection threads on both sides, which allows you to connect the power source from the side convenient for the installation. The sets of the manifold consist of two beams: supply and return, fixed on steel mounting brackets with brackets. The beams are made of CW617N brass sections or corrosion-resistant steel grade 1.4301. The manifolds allow the connection of 2 to 12 installation circuits. Depending on the type and purpose of the distributor, individual beams are equipped with connectors, plugs, vents (manual or automatic), tees, flow meters, drain valves, inserts of control and shut-off valves, thermostatic valves with head and ball cocks, pump arms.

Distributors from our offer can be used to separate:

• Heating circuits for radiators when the heat source has a temperature of up to 95 ° C, allow you to connect a homogeneous heating system
• Surface heating circuits with direct supply of the medium from the power source, if the heat source reaches temperatures of ≤55°C, allow the connection of a homogeneous heating system
• Radiant heating circuits, if the heat source reaches temperatures of >50°C, allows you to connect the surface heating system to the high-temperature system (connection of underfloor systems to the system with standard radiators)
• Separation of hot and cold water connections. The distributors have a Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene, confirming that they meet hygienic requirements and can be used in water installations intended for human consumption.

Distributors for heating installations should be used in accordance with the technical design of the installation developed in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN12828 + A1: 2014.Distributors have appropriate documentation that allows the marketing of these products in accordance with applicable regulations. The documents referred to are the Technical Approval (the equivalent of the Technical Approval issued is the National Technical Assessment from 10.01.2017) and relevant tests:

• carried out by the Building Elements Laboratory ITB, branch in Poznań
• on the basis of which the Technical Approval was issued by the Building Research Institute from Warsaw

The above documents confirm that distributors can be used in installations in accordance with Polish law.
