TYPE SG(B) 80 L VERTICAL HANGING

Small buffer tanks for heat pumps are a guarantee of safe operation of the heat pump installation. Acting as a hydraulic clutch, they allow for stable operation of the system in the heating and cooling system, which significantly extends the life of the heat pump and the entire installation.

They are used to increase the flow of the heating medium through the heat pump exchanger and when it is required to provide a heating medium for defrosting the evaporator in air heat pumps (through the so-called reverse circulation).

Proven design:

SG(B) buffer tanks, which are mounted on the wall in the installation, are made of black carbon steel , which allows them to be used in installations filled with heating water or glycol and the buffer operation at pressure max. to 0.3 MPa.

The tight-fitting hard polyurethane foam insulation used in the construction of buffer tanks not only guarantees high efficiency, protecting them against heat loss. It is this feature that enables the use of SG(B) buffers in passive cooling installations. Additional protection and element of tank insulation is a metal casing in white.

Convenient installation

In the hanging buffers for heat pumps, a set of connections has been designed that allow for convenient installation in virtually any heating or cooling system.

Four Gw 6/4" hydraulic connections, additional connections for the installation of the GE electric heating set (on a 6/4" plug), a vent and a cover for mounting the sensor will meet the expectations of any installer.
