❇️ ARM ProClick actuators are distinguished by unique features and attractive design. 

⏩ A double-sided scale on the knob determines the degree of valve opening. 

⏩ Large LEDs indicate the direction of rotation of the valve. 

⏩ Manual rotation of the valve is possible thanks to the use of an easy-to-use clutch in the form of a button. 

⏩ ARM ProClick cylinders are maintenance-free thanks to the extremely adhesive sprocket grease.

⏩ The actuators are supplied with a 2 m long electrical cable with clearly colour-coded wires . 

⏩ The cable is connected to the actuator through a plug, secured with a lid. 

⏩ This allows the actuator to be mounted on the valve without a connected control wire. 

⏩ The ARM ProClick actuator is installed on ARV ProClick mixing valves without tools and without additional parts or adapters.

⏩ Using appropriate adapters, ARM ProClick actuators can also be mounted on previous generation ARV valves and on valves from other manufacturers. 

⏩ Depending on the valve design, ARMProClick actuators can be mounted on the valve using the ProClick mechanism or in the traditional way, using mounting and counter screws.

❇️ USE

⚡ ARM ProClick 1434310 electric actuators are designed to control rotary mixing valves. Depending on the version, their torque is 6 or 15 Nm. Their rotation range is 90°. It is also possible to operate the actuator in manual mode using the knob.

⚠️INNOVATIVE ProClick ⚠️ System

✴️ The biggest advantage of the new generation of ARV ProClick mixing valves and ARM ProClick electric actuators is the innovative ProClick system.

✴️ With it, installing the new ARM ProClick actuator on the new ARV ProClick valve boils down to two simple steps:

1️⃣ Removal of the knob from the ARV ProClick valve.

2️⃣ Putting an ARM ProClick actuator on it.

⚡ And all this without any additional elements and the use of tools. Just like that! ⚡

✳️ The knob and blue restraining ring are mounted on the latch valve. 

✳️ Under the knob there is always a screwed adapter for ARM ProClick electric actuators. 

✳️ The actuator is mounted by sliding it on the valve with the adapter in a position convenient for the user. 

✳️ To slide the actuator off the valve, all you have to do is press and hold the locking mechanism release button.

⚡ Refreshed design

✔️ For more convenient manual operation, the knobs on the ARV ProClick rotary mixing valves and ARM ProClick electric actuators are larger than in the previous generation.

✔️ They also have a rotating numerical scale, which is mounted on a latch.

c. LEDs - Using readable LEDs, the actuator signals its direction of rotation, which allows quick diagnostics of its operation. ⏩ 

d. Convenient knob - A large knob with a clear setting indicator allows easy and precise operation of the actuator in manual mode. ⏩ 

f. Operating Mode Button - An easy-to-use button allows you to change the actuator mode from automatic to manual.   ⏩

e. Cable with detachable plug - The control cable is connected to the actuator housing with a plug. ⏩   This facilitates the installation of the actuator itself and the execution of electrical connections

✴️ Installation of the actuator is possible in one of 4 positions.

⏩ The pointing element of the blue ring should be positioned upwards. 

⏩ If, after attaching the actuator to the valve, this element is in a different position, pull out the knob, remove the blue ring and put it back on with the upward pointing element. 

⏩ The blue ring has a structural element on the inside that allows it to be pryed with a flat screwdriver.
