The pumps have a simple and durable design and are characterized by wear resistance.

Pumping is carried out thanks to the work of the piston mounted together with the leather gasket in the pump body. The piston is moved by a steel rod and an external lever/handle, human work.

Abyssinians are used primarily wherever electricity has not been supplied.
